Yes, any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated. A downgrade applies at your next renewal.
How does the annual −20 % commitment work?
You pay 12 months upfront and enjoy 20 % off the monthly price. If you upgrade mid-year, the discount also applies to the new plan.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, forever. It covers 10 users and up to 20 appointments per month — enough to test the trial mechanic with your first ambassadors. No credit card required.
What does « Custom quote » for Scale mean?
Scale fits high-volume networks or specific needs (ambassador recruitment by our team, network operations, extra languages, 24/7 SLA). We send a quote within 48 h after a chat.
Are there any hidden fees (setup, transaction, overage)?
None. The displayed price includes the platform, integration and standard support. Going over the monthly appointment cap isn't billed: the widget is paused temporarily and resumes the following month.
