When Thibaud, the founder of Trÿbu, set out to buy his first electric bike, he ran into a reality many people know all too well: a product costing more than 2,000 €, sold online only, impossible to try before paying. Rather than give up, he reached out to a brand directly with a simple idea: become a local ambassador and let hesitant buyers in his area test the bikes. It worked. Over the following months, Thibaud became an ambassador for around ten bike brands.

Brands had no tools to manage these ambassadors: booking was improvised, trials went untracked, performance was impossible to measure, and payouts were handled by hand.
