Use of Google Calendar Data
As part of our Trybu service, we use the Google Calendar API to facilitate the connection between electric bike ambassadors and individuals wishing to test a bike. This section explains how we use and manage data retrieved from Google Calendar.
Access to Calendars:
We access only the calendars of our ambassadors to retrieve information related to scheduled events. This operation is carried out securely in the backend, without exposing any sensitive data.
Types of Data Collected:
We only retrieve the start and end dates of events, as well as their unique identifier. No other personal information or event details are extracted from the calendar.
Event Creation :
When creating an appointment between an ambassador and a tester, we collect only the tester’s first name, last name, and the address of the meeting. This information is processed in the backend and is necessary to organize the test session.
